Juvenile: poor and middle-class

1 Mar

Spent the whole day in court observing delinquent cases.

The skill those juveniles process is phenomenal ! They know how to play the role of whatever their attorney suggest as the main problem. Home environment or peers, but never their willful consent.

No personal responsibility for anything! Thank God for great judges and discernment.

She made the defense support his claims and everything was circumstantial and assumption.

She had the testing results, psych. Reports, and signed affidavits from the schools.

The objective was to get money and get boy off , not what would help him.

Repeat offenders all have apathetic attitudes and victim mentality.

The hope lies in mentors and string parent or parents, willing to be adults and role models.

These kids are smart and have energy; that energy needs to be directed to a successful future.

Their old story must be made into a new one by leading them through their strengths.

The help of Christians is necessary because we know about an aggressive helper, He is God the Holy Spirit. They will see the light in us and ask questions!

Why do we move?

1 Mar

Motivation is the exercise of the will. We do what we want to do.

A lot of things battle for our will and those things can actually neutralize our motivation.

Want to do right is great, but not having the will to do it defeats the purpose of want, and benefits no one.

The discipline of the mind is essential and must start as a child.

Undisciplined parents have ruined many a child and it seems today that population as increased, even among the great amount of college students.

The miracle of Gods grace is to reach down and save ole sinners!

A saved person has the power within himself (Holy Spirit) to get the discipline power he or she needs. Being a disciple is being a discipline one in the things of God.

Americans have been controlled by the after effects of their medication, and their addiction to television and other forms of technology that puts them in a passive state.

Our country is digressing to the point of animalistic behavior rather than civil.

Nakedness is glorified instead of modesty. There is becoming a unisex revolution and euthanasia has begun with the unborn person and will ultimately conclude with the elderly and sick.

The need for a god to keep us and give us what we need has turned into men and the statist have arisen to the occasion.

All because our want to has been governed by things and others, not ourselves. We are fat and lazy and controlled.

We have lost our self government; therefore we have lost our constitution and bill of rights.

Only God can fix us and our country! Revival of His Holy Spirit is desperately needed.

Pray, pass out gospel literature, help folks to think for them self.

Consider sites like, Let my people think and others that have been brain muddied by the Marxist evolutionist.

Do what you can do! Stop being lazy, apathetical, and cowardice.

Romans 15:13 Get Joy back

Morning – Day 337 “Thou art all fair, my love.” The Lord’s admiration of his Church is very wonderful, and his description of her beauty is very glowing. She is not merely fair, but “all fair.” He views her in himself, washed in his sin-atoning blood and clothed in his meritorious righteousness, and he considers her to be full of comeliness and beauty. No wonder that such is the case, since it is but his own perfect excellency that he admires; for the holiness, glory, and perfection of his Church are his own glorious garments on the back of his own well-beloved spouse. She is not simply pure, or well-proportioned; she is positively lovely and fair! She has actual merit! Her deformities of sin are removed; but more, she has through her Lord obtained a meritorious righteousness by which an actual beauty is conferred upon her. Believers have a positive righteousness given to them when they become “accepted in the beloved” (Eph. 1:6). Nor is the Church barely lovely, she is superlatively so. Her Lord styles her “Thou fairest among women.” She has a real worth and excellence which cannot be rivalled by all the nobility and royalty of the world. If Jesus could exchange his elect bride for all the queens and empresses of earth, or even for the angels in heaven, he would not, for he puts her first and foremost–“fairest among women.” Like the moon she far outshines the stars. Nor is this an opinion which he is ashamed of, for he invites all men to hear it. He sets a “behold” before it, a special note of exclamation, inviting and arresting attention. “Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair” (Song of Sol. 4:1). His opinion he publishes abroad even now, and one day from the throne of his glory he will avow the truth of it before the assembled universe. “Come, ye blessed of my Father” (Matt. 25:34), will be his solemn affirmation of the loveliness of his elect. Evening – Day 337 “Behold, all is vanity.” Nothing can satisfy the entire man but the Lord’s love and the Lord’s own self. Saints have tried to anchor in other roadsteads, but they have been driven out of such fatal refuges. Solomon, the wisest of men, was permitted to make experiments for us all, and to do for us what we must not dare to do for ourselves. Here is his testimony in his own words: “So I was great, and increased more than all that were before me in Jerusalem: also my wisdom remained with me. And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my labour. Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.” “Vanity of vanities, all is vanity.” What! the whole of it vanity? O favoured monarch, is there nothing in all thy wealth? Nothing in that wide dominion reaching from the river even to the sea? Nothing in Palmyra’s glorious palaces? Nothing in the house of the forest of Lebanon? In all thy music and dancing, and wine and luxury, is there nothing? “Nothing,” he says, “but weariness of spirit.” This was his verdict when he had trodden the whole round of pleasure. To embrace our Lord Jesus, to dwell in his love, and be fully assured of union with him–this is all in all. Dear reader, you need not try other forms of life in order to see whether they are better than the Christian’s: if you roam the world around, you will see no sights like a sight of the Saviour’s face; if you could have all the comforts of life, if you lost your Saviour, you would be wretched; but if you win Christ, then should you rot in a dungeon, you would find it a paradise; should you live in obscurity, or die with famine, you will yet be satisfied with favour and full of the goodness of the Lord.

To be or not to be?

3 Mar

Everyone is trying to be somebody, and the great problem is, it’s usually someone else.

Our society is ran by Hollywood and hollywood seems to be against every movie they promote!

The actors protest against guns, smoking, manly men etc. while they promote it on screen.

When a person becomes a Christian, they are born again of another spirit, because they realized their true identity (a sinner) and their need of The Savior(Jesus). To be for a christian is easy, he or she are now a child of God and they realize God will use them with their personality and help them over come! Who are you?

Walking worthy

29 Jan

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. (‭Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭1-3‬ KJV)
We that are saved are sealed with The Holy Spirit of God unto the day of redemption. We are to walk in the spirit so we won’t fulfill the lusts of the flesh. To walk worthy is to walk in the spirit, this unity is peaceful and unchaotic (not a word 🙂 ) without chaos. Practice His presence daily, believe what you know the scriptures saith. RBN

31 Dec

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬ KJV)
What a verse! An invitation from God Almighty to his children. What a given privilege to us that are Born Again. I need a lot of mercy at times and running to my Father is a benefit I pray I never get over. Humility and contrition is a condition conducive to the approach.

What have you seen and heard?

26 Dec

And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them. (‭Luke‬ ‭2‬:‭20‬ KJV)
It is amazing how much us Americans forget about God! We have it made here and salvation has lost its first love. American culture has turned downward because Christians lowered their standards and became arrogant and selfish about the Gospel. When was the last time you gave your testimony? the Gospel? or stood up for Right over Wrong publicly? Where is God in your life?

Reasonable Service

Reasonable Service.

Reasonable Service

18 Dec

The least someone could ask you to do for them, is the service that would understandably by both paries be acceptable.

The Christian serves his God based on the evidence of scripture and understanding of who he is by the new birth.

We are debters that are indebted to God, because we have been bought by His blood(Acts 20:28 KJB) We are not our own anylonger (1 Cor. 6:9-20). Therefore our reasonable service(Romans 12:1)! http://www.victory-baptist.net
